Slacking slackers we are!

So very sorry folks!! We have been a tad incognito here lately... life has decided to give us a giant bitch slap in the face and well, blogging went on the back bunner. And when I say back burner, i mean the one in the left corner that you never use unless the other 3 are taken.

But I digress.. we have been running. Now I am not saying on a treadmill or like a 5 minute jog down the road. I am talking at least 3 miles when we jog. My junkie is pushing 10 miles now because she is a monster. I have done a little over 7 miles, and that is my max.

We are still eating healthy and doing a little bit of ab work everyday but mostly it is the running. Here is my update for you guys... and we promise we will post at least once a day from now on!!!
